Returns and Satisfaction or Refund Guarantee

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you will have a period of one hundred days from receipt of it, without any penalty.

If the product has been returned based on the date of shipment of the package by the customer, within 14 days of receipt of the order, the total amount of the purchase will be returned. That is, the price of the product plus the shipping costs, if you return the entire order, or the value of the returned product if you return only part of the order.

For products sold, you have thirty business days from the receipt of the item to return. The returned item should only be in perfect condition.

BeSurf will refund within 14 calendar days, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, and provided that the consumer does not incur expenses arising from the refund. However, if the consumer is the one who returns the goods, we may withright the refund, depending on which condition of the following is met first:

– Until you receive the goods or

– Until the consumer presents proof of return of the goods.

The customer may notify their decision to cancel the order through a statement of intent, sent for example by email. I can use the following template:

After verifying the good condition of the returned products, BeSurf will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.

The Paypal will refund the cost of returns in accordance with the terms and conditions of the return refund service Paypal.

For orders not paid by Paypal or for customers who have not activated the service in their PayPal account, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of return of a product due to an error by BeSurf, the cost of the return will be borne by BeSurf

Customized products, such as surfboards, must be paid at the time of order and may be returned only in case of manufacturing defect or non-conformity.

 

Product Warranty

All products we sell have a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. The user must inform BeSurf of the lack of compliance within fifteen days of being aware, using the following email:

Defective products will be refunded at no cost to the customer.

Defects caused by negligence, shock, improper use or normal wear and tear will not be covered by the warranty.

 

Payment Methods

Payment per Paypal

For customers who have a Paypal or credit card, the Paypal is a quick and easy way to pay.

You will be redirected to a secure PayPal page to complete the transaction and PayPal will instantly notify us of the payment.

 

Payment by Ifthenpay

It is a payment service by reference ATM, MBway, Payshop and credit card.

Authorized by Banco de Portugal this company allows the creation of ATM references in a simple and safe way.

 

Payment by bank transfer

Bank transfer is an ideal payment method for those who do not wish to facilitate their internet banking details.

If you choose this payment method, you will receive an email with our bank details, account number, IBAN, etc. … We will confirm this by email after we receive payment. Bank transfers usually take 1 day to arrive if they are made from Spain, between 1 and 3 days from other European countries. We will not send your order until payment has been confirmed.

The products purchased will, however, be booked for 5 days. After this time, we will have to cancel the order to “release” the ordered products.
